You’ll learn the zen technique of counting your breath to help uncover the quiet peaceful stream within you. This quiet peaceful stream says to us that you are OK as you are, and this moment is OK; that it is OK to relax and trust at this moment.
I don’t want you to just take my word, or add it to the many thoughts you might feel you should feel. I want you to *really feel calmer and know it well in your heart*.
Practicing this technique of counting our breath sounds simple, possibly not worthwhile. However I promise you that from my experience with deep depression & anxiety, and hearing other people’s experiences and that this simple practice is a life-changing towards calmness, mindfulness, and joy!
